Complete House Refurbishment & Layout Transformation

Full property refurbishment including major internal layout changes, structural alterations, plumbing, electrical work, bespoke carpentry and modern finishing throughout.

This project involved a complete transformation of the original house layout:
the old bathroom was converted into a spacious bedroom with an en-suite bathroom,
the former kitchen was transformed into a bedroom,
one of the original bedrooms was converted into a brand new kitchen,
and the second original bedroom was transformed into the new main bathroom.

Works carried out included:
demolition and rebuilding,
structural opening alterations,
floor strengthening and carpentry,
full plumbing and electrical installation,
bespoke bathroom renovations with skylights,
custom timber slat feature walls and floating vanity units,
kitchen installation,
tiling, plastering and decorating throughout.

The final result created a modern, practical and stylish living space finished to a high standard with strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
